SkyCloud Digital — Terms of Service
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Scope of Services
Services include platform deployment, infrastructure configuration, system support, and related technical services as described in the associated proposal or service plan. Work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Recurring Services
Recurring platform and support services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Services continue until cancelled in writing with at least 30 days notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required systems, and respond promptly to requests necessary to complete service delivery.
Service Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable systems, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Data Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their data and content unless backup services are explicitly included in the selected service plan.
Limitation of Liability
SkyCloud Digital shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the total value of services billed for the affected period.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
