We install on hardware you control. That can be on-site at your organization, or in a location you own/manage.

Yes — within defined boundaries. We’ll help plan the migration, create a clean folder structure, and move data in stages
so you don’t get stuck in “migration forever.”

We keep it simple: clear logins, simple training, and a consistent folder structure. We avoid unnecessary complexity and
we document the basics in plain language.
What about security?
We start with the basics done right: strong passwords, sensible access groups, encrypted connections, backups, and a maintenance routine.

Yes — support tiers are available depending on how much you want us to manage. You’ll always have clear boundaries on what’s included.
